Course Provider Recruitment Schedule

Mar 14, 2024

At the end of each calendar year we review the existing provider workforce to see if there is a need to recruit more providers.

We are pleased to announce that this year we will be recruiting for providers of the following roles:

  1. Paddlesport Safety and Rescue
  2. SUP Safer
  3. SUP Instructor Providers
  4. Paddlesport Instructor Providers
  5. Leadership Award Tutors
  6. Raft Guide Award Tutors
  7. Advanced White Water Safety Tutors (White Water Kayak and Rafting Focus)
  8. White Water Safety Tutors (Rafting Focused)

Applications will be open throughout April. Get in touch to discuss PSRC and SUP Safer opportunities.

If you are interested in becoming a provider of any of these awards/qualifications
please check in here for more information.

For most provider roles we recruit at least once every 4-years (some more often). You can see details of future plans via the link above.

If you are interested in becoming a provider,
we recommend that you consider these factors to ensure that you are in a position to submit a strong application:

  1. Check that you meet the role essential (and desirable) requirements - fill any gaps that you may have identified (you can find details here)
  2. Get out and observe the course being delivered
  3. Become a provider of relevant Personal Performance Awards and deliver courses (this is a great introduction to delivering a syllabus driven course)
  4. Make sure your Coach Update is in date
