The British Canoeing Coaching and Leadership Conference brings together instructors, coaches, leaders and guides, with varied experiences and disciplines, who are invited to engage, discuss and
reflect on the insightful keynotes and workshops throughout the weekend, enabling you to think differently about how coaching and leading can enable your participants to thrive.
The keynote presentations which feature as part of the Saturday programme will explore this year's theme which revolves around the interpersonal relationships between the performer and coach,
focusing on making a difference through generating knowledge and understanding of the effectiveness of quality relationships, enabling you to develop strategies and practical applications
in your coaching.
The Sunday programme has been designed so that you can personalise your own learning journey, with a range of workshops available to suit your own interests or development areas, including the
NEW Stadium Safety and Rescue Training, NEW Introduction to Paddle-Ability workshop, Wearable Technology in Paddlesport, SUP Skills workshops and much more!
