The annual Club Volunteer Conference will take place in 2017 between 21st - 23rd April, at Glenmore Lodge.
This highlight in the calendar is an action packed weekend to support club members from across Scotland. We have workshops suitable for complete beginners, aspiring coaches, club officials and committee members. Previous events have attracted around 100 volunteers from clubs throughout Scotland.
The main conference takes place all day Saturday and Sunday with a range of workshops. There is also an optional dinner at 6pm on Friday, followed by workshops on Friday evening.
As this is a subsidised event to support SCA Affiliated Clubs all delegates must be SCA Individual Members and a member of an SCA Affiliated Club. The SCA is very grateful to all the volunteers involved in delivering the event.
All packages include British Canoeing certification fees (where applicable). 3* fees are normally £12 for members, £25 for non members, FSRT and Foundation modules are £5 for members, £10 non members.
Camping is not available this year, however you can attend as a residential or non-residential guest.
Glenmore Lodge The sportscotland National Centre in the heart of the Cairngorm’s is again partnering us in delivering this event. Use of their equipment, excellent facilities and helpful staff are reasons enough to go back year after year!

We have many different workshops to choose from so there is something for everyone! Take a look at the full workshop descriptions below. Registration is from 5pm on the Friday, followed by dinner (optional) and workshops. There are options for full day or half day workshops on both Saturday and Sunday.
***Update: Demand has been exraordinarily high for all Rolling and Sea Kayak workshops. If the workshop is not showing on the booking form it means that workshop is full.***
