Friday night is registration at the Ice Factor in Kinlochleven and the Saturday night party will be at the Nevis centre, Fort William.

We will be sending email information to our ticket holders and posting on Facebook so keep your eyes peeled here for a link… but here is what is available so far!

FRIDAY EVENING

Registration in the bar at the Ice Factor 6 - 9pm, come in for a pint and a chat, chill out, grab some food and reflect on the almost inevitable descent of the Etive on the way here :)

SATURDAY EVENING

We are having our party at the Nevis Centre in Fort William, from approx. 6pm until midnight - there will be music, a bar, raffle prizes, t-shirts, late entries, a heap of paddling videos, and food / accommodation nearby in the town!

Ticket Information

Advance Registration: Enter online here or via the link at the top right of the page. Online entry closes at midnight on Sunday August 27th. It is far cheaper to enter in advance at £15 for members, and £30 for non-members.
You are a member if you are part of the SCA, Canoe Wales, CANI or BC - just provide us with your membership number when you register.

Registration cost on the day: members £25, non-members £40 – so that's a £15 discount for members of British Canoeing (BC/SCA/CW/CANI members). Please book in advance if you can! This guarantees you a t-shirt on the day and is cheaper! Please bring your membership card on the day.

Whether you enter in advance or turn up on the day: Members of all home nation canoe associations MUST bring a valid membership card with them to demonstrate current membership - we cannot give you discount otherwise, and you will have to pay the extra £15. PLEASE do not forget this, get in touch if you have any questions to sca.recreation@canoescotland.org.
If you live in Scotland (proof of Scottish address required) and have not been an individual SCA member within the last 3 years, the non-member rate includes a year’s introductory SCA Recreational Membership which gives you discounted entry to other SCA events such as the Tay Descent and SCA Freestyle sessions at Pinkston etc for one year.

What's Included in my ticket?

  • A classic, social weekend on awesome rivers
  • Parking all day both days
  • Shuttle 10am till 4pm on both days
  • Entry to the Saturday night party
  • WWPF 2017 T-Shirt at the event if you buy in advance

FURTHER INFORMATION
