Moriston release on Saturday 10th September 2016 - Invermoriston Village (map to follow, dont worry).
Garry release on Sunday 11th September 2016 - Invergarry Shinty Club (PH35 4HG).
Shuttles up and down both rivers as usual, wristbands will get you on the shuttle.
Friday and Saturday evenings at the Ice Factor in Kinlochleven (PH50 4SF), and this year sees the RETURN OF OUR PARTY which was sadly missed last year!

Ice Factor

We know its a long drive to Kinlochleven, however, its worth it. The Ice Factor are providing us all with a solid party (which otherwise wouldn't happen and we would all be very sad!), hot food, and if you would like to use their cafe for a hot coffee and bacon roll Saturday morning, they are opening especially early for us to give you time to get to the river keen as ever. They also have rather nice showers which you can pay a mere £1 to use, and a free drying room (first come first served). Plus, as if we needed another bonus, all Wet West participants (show your wristband) can take advantage of 15% discount on any climbing or ice sessions booked on the weekend (valid for 3 months), how nice is that?!

Friday evening

Registration in the bar at the Ice Factor, come in for a pint and a chat, chill out and watch some paddling films which we will be showing for at least part of the evening.

Saturday evening

The Ice Factor are putting on some cheap eats for us to fuel you up (£5 in advance, book when you enter), and then there will be an expedition paddling talk (finger's crossed), plus videos, and then our huge raffle giveaways (tonnes of gear and other amazing prizes, you need to be there to win it!) with the party in full swing after that. Your event wristband will give you entry to all of this, whether you are eating or not.

Ticket information

Enter online here or via the link at the top right of the page. Online entry closes at midnight on Monday 22nd August. It is far cheaper to enter in advance at £15 for members, and £30 for non members. You are a member if you are part of the SCA, Canoe Wales, CANI or BC - just provide us with your membership number.

Registration cost on the day: members £25, non-members £40 – that's a £15 discount for members of British Canoeing (including SCA/CW/CANI members).

Whether you enter in advance or turn up on the day: Members of all home nation canoe associations MUST bring a valid membership card with them to demonstrate current membership - we cannot give you discount otherwise, and you will have to pay the extra £15.

If you live in Scotland (proof of Scottish address required) and have not been an individual SCA member within the last 3 years, the non-member rate includes a year’s introductory SCA Recreational Membership which gives you discounted entry to other SCA events such as the Tay Descent and SCA Freestyle sessions at Pinkston etc for one year.
