The final event of the Scottish racing season took place on a flat calm Linlithgow Loch in a steady rain.
This did not detract from the competition that was fierce all the way down the large field.
The 2015 Scottish Wild Water Racing Series concluded with the series final at Pinkston on Sunday 8th. The SCA WWR Committee offer a massive congratulations to the athletes who achieved top GB and Scottish Rankings, –

The final event of the Highland Series was the Dee Marathon which was held on Royal Deeside at its best,
There was great racing on all 3 courses and the overall series winners were Calum Urqhart & Nairn CC.
The near perfect paddling conditions played its part in helping 3 new course record being set in the Non-stop doubles:
Masters Men’s K2 :- Peter Maycock / Tris Turner
Mixed K2 :- Tom Dawson / Emily Allen
Masters Men’s C2 :- John Shackleton / Colin Wilson

Alva WWR 26th September - Results
The 2015 Scottish series saw over 68 boats start the Alva race, providing the biggest wwr event in over a decade.
With faces old and new and a mix of abilities across the spectrum a fun yet highly competitive event was had.
