There was a healthy turnout for the first race on Linlithgow Loch of the season. The weather was fair with a stiff brease from the East which was a bit cool but this had little effect on the performances.

The appalling weather did not stop a small band of paddlers taking part in this marathon on the river Tay with all of the courses finishing in Dunkeld.
Congratulations to Michael Surmon, Donald Gardener & Raven Caira on becoming Scottish Champions.
There was a very good turnout of paddlers both old and new on a very blustery day on the Union Canal. Despite the conditions 15 new course records were set – so the winter training has been worth it. Our thanks go to Alan and his team from LKR including Nan, Neil, Rona, Gerry for running this v

Congratulation to Rachael Syme following promotion to Girls A at the first regatta of the season which was held in extremely tough conditions.
The last of this winter’s time trials was well attended and the conditions were good for this time of year. Colin McMorrin (KCC) set a new course record for the 6.8km out & back course of 31:02. Our thanks go to Nan for the time keeping and admin this month.
