We are now seeking applications from aspirant tutors for the new Swimmer Safety & Rescue course.

The World Anti-Doping Agency’s 2024 Prohibited List comes into effect on 1 January 2024

The BCAB Swimmer Safety and Rescue course is designed to provide paddlers with the key safety skills and knowledge to work as part of a water safety team where open water swimming is involved.

The Stand Up Paddleboard White Water Leader Course is appropriate for people who want to lead others on journeys on grade 2(3) white water rivers. Throughout this course you will be assessed on your personal paddling skills, rescue skills, incident management and more.

The Advanced White Water Safety course is designed to support paddlers on grade 3 and 4 white water rivers. The two day course will cover casualty management, moving around steep environments, dealing with stuck craft and paddlers, in complex environments.

The White Water Safety course is designed to support paddlers to be independent participants on grade 2(3) white water rivers.
