River Dee: Caution

River Dee, post flood Dec/Jan, 2015/16.  The banks of the Dee, three years on, are still regrading themselves from cliffs to slopes, and trees are still falling in all along the river.  The lower river (below Banchory) has more trees causing hazards than the upper river.  Caution is required at a
