ICF U23 and Junior Canoe Sprint World Championships Results

Congratulations to Ieuan James (Forth CC), in his first U23 year, on his results at the World Championships at Plovdiv. His K4M 500m crew achieved their fastest ever recorded time to finish 2nd in the B Final. Ieuan also competed in K1M 200m, achieving 5th in the B Final.

British Canoeing has today announced the launch of the NEW Personal Performance Awards to encourage more people to take part in paddlesport and to develop their skills on the water.



14 Medals for SCA Members at the British Marathon Championships.

A contingent of 12 paddlers made the long journey south to Reading to race in the British Marathon Championships over a very hot weekend on the Thames.

Junior & U23 World Championship Results - Ivrea, Italy

Bradley Forbes-Cryans (CRCats) had a great final run to secure a Silver Medal in K1 Men U23. This was his final run as an U23 with Bradley moving up to Seniors next Season. He improved on his qualifying position to earn his first individual Medal at U23 and only 0.04 seconds behind gold.
